Illusions Rediscovered: When Digital Arts Question Reality
Following their visit to the NÉMO International Biennial of Digital Arts at the CENTQUATRE-PARIS, the first-year DNMADE Social Innovation students explored the notions of illusion, perception, and simulacrum. Drawing on the artworks they observed, they created hybrid images in which reality and fiction intertwine. Their productions address issues related to social innovation, such as animal welfare, automation, nutritional balance, deforestation, mental health, and screen addiction. This sequence combines visual culture, digital tools, and critical awareness, using creation as a way to question reality.
